Welcome to Fibblebox (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fibblebox platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, casting a vote, or hosting an event on Fibblebox, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to host contests, cast votes, host events or purchase tickets. Minors may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Fibblebox is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
2. Online Voting Rules and Integrity
Fibblebox provides automated infrastructure for public, private, and entertainment voting.
Anti-Manipulation: You agree not to use bots, automated scripts, multiple fake accounts, or any fraudulent mechanisms to manipulate voting outcomes.
Paid Voting: Where votes are paid for, all transactions are final. Refunds will not be issued for votes cast, even if your preferred nominee or contestant does not win or is disqualified by the contest organizer.
Audit and Disqualification: Fibblebox reserves the right to audit vote logs. If we detect fraudulent voting activity, we reserve the right to invalidate those votes, suspend the offending accounts, and notify the contest organizer.
3. Event Ticketing and Refund Policy
Ticket Purchases: Tickets purchased on Fibblebox are valid only for the specific event, date, and time listed.
Service Fees: Ticket prices may include non-refundable service or convenience fees charged by Fibblebox for processing.
Cancellations and Postponements: If an event is canceled by the organizer, the organizer is solely responsible for authorizing refunds. Fibblebox will facilitate refunds to buyers only after receiving the funds back from the organizer. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds in this scenario are subject to the organizer's policy.
Organizer Liability: Fibblebox acts strictly as a ticketing agent. We do not organize, manage, host, or control the actual events. We are not liable for event cancellations, quality, safety, or any injury or loss suffered at an event.
4. Event Organizers and Financial Payouts
If you use Fibblebox to host an event or a paid voting contest:
Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, and legal information regarding your event or contest.
Payouts: Ticket and voting revenues (minus Fibblebox commissions and payment gateway fees) will be settled to your designated bank account according to our standard payout timeline.
Chargebacks: You are solely liable for any bank chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraud claims initiated by ticket buyers or vote casters.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, logos, trademarks, and infrastructure are the exclusive property of Fibblebox. Organizers retain the rights to the promotional graphics and text they upload, but grant Fibblebox a license to display them to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fibblebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, voting outcomes, or attendance at any event ticketed through us.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
